Revision Policy

The number of revisions you are entitled to depends on the package you select. You may request revisions as outlined in your package details. Our priority is customer satisfaction, and we will continue to revise your design until your requirements are met (within package limits).

  • No additional charges will apply as long as the core design concept remains unchanged.
  • Revised logo designs will be delivered within 48 hours.
  • Website design revisions are delivered within 24 hours, while web development revisions may take 24–48 hours depending on complexity.
  • For illustrative logos (with illustrated elements), the revision turnaround time is 48 hours.

Order Turnaround Time

  • Turnaround time refers to when your initial design concepts are delivered after order confirmation and submission of a complete brief.
  • Logo Design: 24–48 hours (packages with 4+ concepts may require at least 48 hours).
  • Illustrative Logos: First concepts delivered within 48–72 hours.
  • Website Design (Home/Index or Revamp): Minimum 48 hours.
  • Static Website Development (5–7 pages): 3–5 business days.
  • Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will begin processing from Monday.

Refund Policy

Refund requests will not be applicable under the following conditions:

  • Purchase of an “All-in-One” package.
  • Primary design concept has been approved.
  • Revisions have been requested.
  • Cancellation has occurred due to circumstances beyond the scope of our services.
  • No communication from the client for over 2 weeks.
  • Violation of company policies.
  • Another designer/company has been engaged for the same project.
  • Insufficient information provided in the design brief.
  • Request for a complete design change.
  • Refund request submitted outside the eligible time frame.
  • Business closure, rebranding, or name change.
  • Subjective reasons such as “change of mind” or “disagreement with a partner.”
  • Service bundles: refunds apply only to the unsatisfactory service, not the entire bundle.
  • No refund is possible after final files have been delivered.
  • Refund/revisions do not apply to free items.
  • Refund eligibility timeline: 30 days for logos and 90 days for websites.
  • Please note that services including Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable
  • Website refunds are not available once a design is approved and sent for development.

Note: Dab Logo Design reserves the right to reject projects or cancel contracts at its discretion. Once a refund is processed, all rights to the designs remain with Dab Logo Design.

How to Claim a Refund

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and initiate the process. After the refund is processed, you will no longer hold any rights to the submitted designs. All intellectual property will remain the sole property of Dab Logo Design.

Delivery Policy

  • Completed orders will be sent to the client’s account and confirmed via email.
  • Minimum turnaround time: 2 business days (varies by package).
  • For urgent requests, we recommend reaching out to our customer support team directly for immediate assistance.

Record Maintenance

  • Finalized design files are stored for 3 months after delivery.
  • If a project remains inactive for 3 months, the account will be marked dormant.
  • To reinstate a dormant project, a penalty fee will apply before work resumes.
